This blog is not primarily for the person who is already an avid follower of nutrition/health blogs. There is very little new information here, but instead a synthesis of the most pertinent and actionable information from my unique perspective. This blog is primarily for the person who would like the cause and effect of things explained as clearly and simply as possible; the person who does not have time to delve into a deep study of the materials; the person who would not necessarily like to know what’s happening “under the hood,” but would just like to be able to turn the key and start the car.
